Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
