Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:

8 ounces of spaghetti
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 can (14 ounces) of crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

1/4 cup of finely chopped onion

1 large egg, beaten
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, minced chipotle peppers, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until well combined.
Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Add the cooked meatballs to the spaghetti sauce and gently stir to coat them with the sauce.
