2 large zucchinis
4 medium-sized tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Wash the zucchinis and tomatoes, then slice them into thin rounds. Set them aside.
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful topping.
